By accessing or using Auto Hookup (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and verified dealers.
Auto Hookup provides a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of vehicles in Nigeria, along with ancillary services including vehicle inspections, documentation assistance, financing referrals, and dealer tools. We act as an intermediary and are not the seller of vehicles listed by third-party dealers unless explicitly stated.
Vehicle listings are provided by dealers and private sellers. Auto Hookup verifies listings through our inspection programme but does not guarantee the accuracy of every detail. All sales are between buyer and seller. Auto Hookup is not liable for disputes arising from vehicle condition, title, or payment unless covered by a specific Auto Hookup protection programme.
Certain services (dealer subscriptions, document processing, premium listings) may incur fees disclosed at the point of purchase. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
All content on the Platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is owned by Auto Hookup You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Hookup shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to Auto Hookup in the 12 months preceding the claim.
