Not always. Many services can be initiated remotely — we'll guide you on which documents to send and how to
send them safely. However, for services requiring
original documents (like change of ownership), a visit
to your nearest Auto Hookup office or a handover to our
courier service is required at some point. We'll tell

Yes. Every document application is assigned a dedicated
officer who provides WhatsApp updates at each stage — from initial submission through government processing to

50% deposit is required to begin processing, with the
